Founding 100 Terms
Version 1.0 Effective 12 September 2026
These terms explain what the Meetee Founding 100 is, what we ask of the people who join it, and what we do and do not promise in return.
01About these terms
These terms apply to the Meetee Founding 100 programme in London. They are between you and PM2, s. r. o., Company ID (IČO) 46 099 140, Sliačska 1523/1, 831 02 Bratislava – Nové Mesto, Slovakia, which currently operates Meetee.
They cover the Founding 100 programme only. Using the Meetee application itself will be governed by separate terms, published before the application launches.
02What the Founding 100 is
The Founding 100 is a group of up to 100 people in London who help build Meetee before it opens to everyone. In practice that means using the app early, creating some of the first plans, bringing people from your own circles, and telling us what works and what does not.
Being part of it is a voluntary, informal collaboration. It does not create employment, a partnership, an agency relationship or any obligation on you to deliver a particular result.
03Who can apply
- you are 18 or over
- you live in, work in, or are otherwise genuinely connected to London
- the information you give in the application is true
We may ask you to confirm any of this before or during the programme.
04Applying is not acceptance
Sending an application does not mean you have been accepted. Every application is read by a person, and places are limited.
We choose participants at our discretion, and we may decline an application without giving a reason. We may also keep an application on file and come back to it later, within the periods described in our Privacy Policy.
If you are selected, we will tell you by email. Until then, nothing in this programme has been promised to you.
05No payment either way
Taking part in the Founding 100 is free. We will never ask you to pay to apply or to participate.
Equally, participation is unpaid. We do not promise money, a share of revenue, shares in the company, or any other financial benefit in return for taking part.
If we ever decide to offer something beyond early access to the product, we will set it out separately and in writing. Anything not written down has not been agreed.
06Early software
Meetee is unfinished. During the programme it may contain errors, change without notice, lose data, or be unavailable. Features may be added, changed or removed.
The app is provided to Founding 100 participants as it is, for testing and feedback. Please do not rely on it for anything important.
07What we ask of you
- treat other people on Meetee with respect
- meet people safely and use your own judgement in real life
- do not use Meetee for anything unlawful, or to harass, deceive or endanger anyone
- do not create fake accounts or fake activity
- do not present yourself as an employee or official representative of Meetee unless we have agreed it in writing
Meetee arranges introductions between people. It does not vet, supervise or take responsibility for what happens when people meet. You remain responsible for your own decisions and your own safety.
We may end anyone's participation immediately if they behave in a way that puts other people at risk.
08Feedback and content
Anything you create — photos, posts, plans — remains yours. These terms do not transfer ownership of it to us.
Feedback is different. When you tell us what to build, fix or change, we may act on it freely and without owing you anything for it. That is the point of the programme.
If we ever want to use something you made in our own marketing, we will ask you first.
09Ending your participation
You can leave the Founding 100 at any time, for any reason, by emailing hello@meetee.app. You do not need to explain why.
We may end your participation if you break these terms, if you are inactive for a long period, or if we end the programme. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first.
Leaving the programme does not by itself delete your personal data. To ask for that, see your rights in the Privacy Policy.
10Changes to the programme
The Founding 100 is an experiment run before launch. We may change how it works, how many people are in it, how long it lasts, or end it entirely.
We will not use a change to take away something we have already given you in writing.
11Your personal data
What we collect through the application, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Marketing email is separate and optional. You can opt in when you apply, and withdraw that consent at any time — it never affects your application.
12Liability
Because the Founding 100 is free and the software is unfinished, we limit our liability to what the law allows. We are not responsible for lost profits, lost opportunities, or losses we could not reasonably have foreseen.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
13Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic, where PM2, s. r. o. is established.
If you take part as a consumer and live elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer rules that apply in your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings there.
14Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the programme develops. The current version number and effective date are always shown at the top of this page.
If a change materially affects people already in the programme, we will tell them by email.
