01Who we are

Meetee is currently operated by PM2, s. r. o., Company ID (IČO) 46 099 140, with its registered office at Sliačska 1523/1, 831 02 Bratislava – Nové Mesto, Slovakia.

PM2, s. r. o. is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this Privacy Policy. You can reach us at hello@meetee.app.

This policy applies to the pre-launch Meetee website at meetee.app, including the Founding 100 programme, city waitlists and investor enquiries.

It does not currently cover the future Meetee mobile application. We will update our privacy documentation before the application is made publicly available.

02Information we collect

Founding 100 applications

When you apply to the Meetee Founding 100, we may collect:

• your Meetee username
• your email address
• the London area you select
• your confirmation that you are 18 or older
• the contribution areas you select
• optional information about a community or group you belong to
• optional social media profiles
• optional information about what you could bring to Meetee

We do not require a legal name, exact home address, postcode or date of birth as part of the Founding 100 application.

City waitlist

When you join a city waitlist, we may collect:

• your email address
• the city you select
• your country, where applicable
• an optional social media profile

Investor enquiries

When you send an investor enquiry, we may collect:

• your name
• your company or fund
• your business email address
• your country
• your LinkedIn profile
• your company or fund website
• investor type
• indicative investment range
• your message

Messages you send us

When you write to us through the contact form, we collect:

• your email address, so we can reply
• your name, if you give one — it's optional
• whatever you write in the message

Attribution information

We may collect information about how you reached Meetee, including utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, a referral code, the referring website, the landing page, and first-touch and latest-touch attribution.

This attribution information may initially be stored in your browser and is associated with a submission when you submit a form.

03What we do not collect

Through the current pre-launch website, Meetee does not collect the following as part of the Founding 100 application:

• legal name
• exact home address
• postcode
• date of birth
• telephone number
• payment information

IP addresses are not stored in the Meetee application database. An IP address may be processed temporarily in server memory for security and anti-spam rate-limiting purposes, but it is not written to the application database.

The current website does not use Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or similar third-party advertising pixels.

04How we use information

We may use personal information to:

• operate the Meetee pre-launch programme
• receive and review Founding 100 applications
• communicate with Founding 100 applicants
• manage city waitlists
• respond to investor enquiries
• read and answer messages you send us
• understand where interest in Meetee originates
• measure campaign and referral performance
• protect our website and forms against spam, abuse and misuse
• send operational communications relating to an application, waitlist entry or enquiry
• send Meetee marketing communications where you have separately opted in

We will not treat consent given for one purpose as consent for an unrelated purpose.

05Lawful bases

Depending on the processing activity, PM2, s. r. o. may rely on consent; legitimate interests; steps taken at your request before entering into a potential contractual or business relationship; or compliance with applicable legal obligations.

Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

Security, spam prevention and proportionate operational protection may be carried out on the basis of legitimate interests. Investor enquiries may be processed in order to respond to your request and explore a potential business relationship.

06Marketing communications

Receiving Meetee marketing is optional. Marketing consent is never required in order to apply for Founding 100 or to join a city waitlist.

Where you separately opt in, we may send you information about Meetee news, launches, events, product and community updates, and opportunities.

You can withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism in the email, or by contacting hello@meetee.app.

We keep evidence of marketing consent, including when and how it was provided.

07Data retention

We may retain limited suppression information where this is necessary to make sure an unsubscribe or opt-out continues to be respected.

Information may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary to comply with a legal obligation, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

08Where information is processed

All communication with the Meetee API uses HTTPS.

Some of our service providers are international organisations. As a result, information may in some circumstances be processed or accessible outside the country in which it is stored.

09Service providers

Meetee does not sell personal information, and does not provide personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

10Analytics and browser storage

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find Meetee — which channels bring visitors, and how many of them go on to apply. It helps us decide where to spend our time.

Analytics loads only if you allow it. When you first visit meetee.app you are asked to choose. Until you allow analytics, Google Analytics is not loaded, no analytics cookies are set, and nothing is sent to Google. Declining is as easy as allowing, and costs you nothing on the site.

You can change your mind at any time using Analytics settings at the bottom of every page.

IP anonymisation is enabled, and page views are recorded without the campaign parameters from the address.

Browser storage, used whether or not you allow analytics

We do not send personal information to analytics. In particular we never send your email address, Meetee username, social profiles, name, LinkedIn URL, websites you enter, free-text answers, investor messages, or any other directly identifying value from a form.

Version 1.0 of this policy said the website set no cookies and that analytics was disabled. That was true at the time. It changed when we switched analytics on, which is why this became version 1.1.

11Your rights

Depending on applicable law and your circumstances, you may have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you
• have inaccurate information corrected
• have information erased
• restrict how we process your information
• receive your information in a portable form
• object to processing
• withdraw consent
• object to direct marketing
• complain to the competent supervisory authority

Send requests to hello@meetee.app. Requests are handled by a person, not automatically, and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.

12Children

The Meetee pre-launch programme is for people aged 18 and over. Founding 100 applicants confirm that they are at least 18. We do not knowingly collect Founding 100 application information from people under 18.

This is a self-confirmation at the point of application. We do not currently carry out date-of-birth verification.

13Automated decision-making

Meetee does not currently use solely automated decision-making through the pre-launch website that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects. Founding 100 applications are reviewed by a person and are not automatically accepted.

14Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Meetee develops, as our services change, as our infrastructure or providers change, as applicable legal requirements change, when the Meetee mobile application launches, or if the controller changes.

The current version number and effective date are always shown at the top of this page.
